To provide training and education in radio and media communication for local people, a platform for communicating social and recreational issues, opportunity for regeneration through communication.
What we do:
We run courses which enable the local community to interact and communicate more effectively, either by providing ICT courses, radio & media training or even through overcoming language and confidence barriers through our ESOL and confidence building courses. We offer a friendly and informal learning atmosphere, focusing on learners’ and local community’s needs, with a flexible and professional approach. Courses can be developed to meet your individual requirements in order to meet any identified gaps in provision. We are also able to provide bite size/taster courses. Charges for courses vary, some may be free, qualifications are available in most of the courses. We have close links with the local community and are also able to offer work experience and voluntary work placements.
